E-visit is a modern tool that enables contact with a physiotherapist without leaving home through:

- VIDEO (skype, facetime, whatsapp, messenger)
- Chat
During telerehabilitation, the physiotherapist instructs the patient what specific activities to perform.
How to arrange an e-visit?

After the transaction, our registration will contact you to arrange a convenient time and method of communication with the therapist.
When is it worth using an e-visit?
E-visit is a great solution for people who suddenly wake up in the morning with a backache and do not know what is the reason, where to go asking for help, is it something serious and what should they do to help themselves and not harm themselves?
This is a great option for people who are abroad or live in smaller towns, villages and do not have access to direct care at the moment.
It is also a solution for those who simply do not have time to drive to the rehabilitation center or who cannot transport.
What can you expect from an e-visit?
First of all, we will answer your questions and dispel your fears. You will get clear instructions on what to do in an emergency:
- cool or warm the injured site?
- stretch or relax?
- can you go to work or is it better to stay at home and rest?
We will interpret imaging diagnostics and other test results, if you have them.
E-visit is also a medical training performed under the supervision of a physiotherapist. During the entire consultation, the therapist is able to assess whether the patient is performing the exercises correctly, and gives tips and guidelines.
How to prepare for an e-visit?
Make sure you have a place for a conversation where no one will disturb you. Inform the members of the household that you are unavailable for the duration of the e-visit.
If you would like to undergo medical training, prepare a place in the room you are in and set up the monitor or phone in such a way that you can freely perform the exercises during the video call, and the physiotherapist has a good view of what you are doing.
